This ministry grew out of a conversation initiated by parishioner Paul Kiely. Paul approached Fr. Scott Whitfield, shortly upon his assignment as parish priest for St. Augustine’s Church. With so much emphasis today on communication and growth through visual platforms, the discussion led to Paul volunteering as the parish photographer. With a strong background in photography, Paul has photographed many Masses, special events and groups associated with parish life, and St. Augustine’s activities. Currently, the ministry operates with Paul as the single volunteer and ministry leader. For information purposes, Paul is a freelance professional photographer and is a national competition judge with the Canadian Association of Photographic arts.
